During the consultation, we’ll review market comparisons in your area, assess income potential, identify areas for improvement, and discuss your goals for the property. You’ll also get a clear understanding of how our management contract works and the value we can bring to your investment.

2) Design and getting it ready
We offer a full-service solution to get your rental property guest-ready, whether it’s for short-term or medium-term. Our expert team ensures your property is equipped with high-quality furnishings, linens, and guest-preferred amenities based on our experience and research.
Preparing an investment property for rental can feel overwhelming, but we have the experience and efficiency to get your property ready as quickly as you need, ensuring it meets the standards for platforms like Airbnb and beyond.

3) Ongoing management

We offer comprehensive management services, including guest communication, turnover coordination, inventory purchasing and stocking, third party service coordination, and 24/7 maintenance support. With our expertise, your property will operate seamlessly and deliver exceptional experiences for your guests or tenants.
Property management pricing models
1)
Profit sharing/commission, with a one-time onboarding fee for new clients. Please contact us for details.
2)
We may be interested in renting from you with an addendum/clause that says that you’ll let us utilize the property for our medium- and short term-renting clients/guests.
Some of the benefits to you if you partner with us:
Steady fixed monthly rent to you.
We make a long term rental agreement/lease with you.
We stage and decorate the property and add any furniture if we think it is needed to get it up to a certain standard.
Do not allow pets (unless you want to).
There is strict no party policy. In the unlikely event that anything should happen we do have an insurance policy.
Insurance: Host damage protection (about €2.6 million) and host liability insurance (about € 920 000) (numbers based on Aircover insurance with Airbnb). On top of that we also carry our own insurance policy, which we can show you. You can also add additional insurance on your existing property/home insurance (let us know and we can advice), and we can compensate you the difference in insurance premium.
We have the property cleaned and inspected after each guest check-out.
We can take care of minor repairs, depending on the agreement/contract.
You can inspect whenever you want, as long as it is between guest stays.
Pre-screening of guests.
You will not have to communicate with any of our guests. We take care of that.
The apartment will be kept in sales-like condition - which is also in our best interest.

Yes. No matter the length of stay, we require identity verification and screening before a reservation.

After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.

Cozy oasis havens’ guests include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. Our stays range from one night to six months.
